In concept, location and design, the Las Vegas Domed Stadium Project (the “Stadium”) will be upon its completion unique and unrivaled among the nation’s major contemporary sports and entertainment venues.

With over 37.3 million visitors a year, Las Vegas is the acknowledged entertainment capital of the world. There does not exist, a Las Vegas athletic and entertainment stadium venue with the seating capacity sufficient to consistently attract major athletic competitions, road concerts, and mega conventions. The Stadium development will be one giant “next” step in the evolution of Las Vegas Entertainment.

The design concepts for the Stadium incorporate unique attributes that provide the most advanced, economically successful and fan-friendly environment necessary for a sports and entertainment domed stadium located in a major metropolitan area.

Because the Stadium will become a part of one of the world’s most easily recognized skylines, situated among architecturally acclaimed casino complexes, hotels and commercial buildings that reflect the glamour and excitement of Las Vegas, DreamScape recognizes and accepts the extraordinary challenge to design and construct a venue that is not only technologically advanced and structurally sound, but also one that establishes a new standard for the Las Vegas glamour and shimmering allure.

Overview of Stadium Complex

Built as a replica of the original Roman Colosseum, the 80,000 seat domed climate-controlled – gaming free - stadium will incorporate design concepts and the most advanced technology available. This will ensure event guest’s the utmost comfort and convenience and will provide athletes and entertainers a venue to enhance and highlight their performances.

In addition to the Stadium’s excellent location and unique exterior design, DreamScape is committed to developing the nation’s ultimate “state of the art” sports and entertainment venue.

DreamScape has called upon internationally recognized architects, engineers, technicians, designers and experts in the sports and entertainment industry to assist in the development of the most advanced staging, lighting, sound, and support systems for the presentation of sporting, theatrical and mega concert productions. The DreamScape team is experts and proven sports complex planners and engineers to design and create multiple playing surfaces and configurations that are conducive to this multifaceted sports and entertainment venue.

Stadium Highlights

• The Stadium will provide all the luxury and comfort for which Las Vegas is known. From the 150 “Luxury Box Suites” for the High Rollers, to the “Club Seat Boxes” and standard Club Seats to the General admission seats, we will provide the highest quality and comfort available. Each seat will have an unprecedented line-of-sight and proximity to athletic competitions and stage events.
• One unique feature of the Stadium that will distinguish it from all other stadiums and field houses will be cantilevered seating. From the highest Luxury Box and Club Seat to the lowest rows of seating, the Stadium spectators will be substantially closer to, and enjoy substantially better lines of unobstructed sight for, athletic competitions and performances than has ever been possible in any other venue.
• The Stadium will boast the most advanced technology for the production of major theatrical, concert, sports and corporate events. Such technology will include theatrical and concert laser and intelligent programmable lighting systems and special effects. Although it’s difficult to control sound in such large environments, the integrated sound systems for artistic performances and sports events provided in this venue will surpass any other like Stadium in quality and clarity.
• State of the art stages for live performances, top quality fields, court ice, and other athletic surfaces that meet and exceed those installed in the world’s most advanced facilities will be installed to provide the best surfaces of any sports and entertainment venue.
• Seating capacity and arrangements will easily retract and/or expand to facilitate and adapt to this multifunctional facility. The Stadium’s wide range of activities include NCAA Division 1-A Football, Basketball and Baseball, NFL Football (exhibitions and pre-season), Arena Football, NBA Basketball (exhibitions and pre-season), MLB Baseball (exhibitions and pre-season), tennis, soccer, boxing, wrestling, speed auto and motorcycle racing, hockey, indoor track and field, mega music concerts, touring Broadway shows, and special rodeo events.
• Revolutionary video displays will continuously entertain as well as inform spectators. In addition to the standard Video systems DreamScape will implement “Surround-A-Vision”. This video system will provide full visibility of all events with eye-mag quality to all seating section including the upper levels.
